30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your Bowlful subscription. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. This goodwill guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

If you are an Australian consumer, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy if our services are not delivered with due care and skill, are not fit for the purpose we described, or fail to match the description we gave you. For a major failure you can choose to cancel and receive a refund of the unused portion, or seek compensation for any reduction in value. For a minor problem we will fix the issue within a reasonable time; if we cannot, you can cancel and receive a refund of the unused portion. These rights apply regardless of the 30-day guarantee above.

How to request a refund (step by step)

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. There are two ways to request one:

Option A — Self-serve via paddle.net (fastest)

  1. Go to paddle.net.
  2. Enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a secure sign-in link (no password needed).
  3. Click the link, then open your Bowlful order.
  4. Click "Request a refund", choose a reason, and submit.

Option B — Email us

  1. Email hello@bowlful.org with the subject "Refund request".
  2. Include the email address you used at checkout and (if you have it) your Paddle order number.
  3. We'll pass the request to Paddle within one business day.

Refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You'll receive an email confirmation from Paddle as soon as the refund is issued.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel any time — keeping the rest of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund.

  1. Open any receipt email from Paddle and click "Manage your subscription", OR go to paddle.net and sign in with your checkout email.
  2. Select your Bowlful subscription.
  3. Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm.
  4. You'll get an email confirming the cancellation and the exact date your access ends.

Cancellations after the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day money-back window we do not normally refund partial months, but we're happy to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis — just email us. This does not affect your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see above).
